This policy covers alderui.world, the preview at alderui-site.pages.dev, and the paused waitlist. New registration is temporarily paused during a privacy review. AlderUI is an independent project in development; there is no public app or paid checkout.
One address, one purpose.
Registration is currently paused. When the form was available, it asked for an email address, consent to access messages and confirmation of age 14 or older. Its intended record included signup time, approved site or creator link, status, and the time and version of consent and age attestation. A hidden spam-trap field was checked but not stored. We do not ask for your name, date of birth, payment details or Roblox credentials on this site.
Vercel serves alderui.world; Cloudflare Pages serves the preview at alderui-site.pages.dev. Supabase provides the paused waitlist database. Those services can process technical request information such as an IP address, browser information and request time in their infrastructure logs. Alder does not currently add analytics, advertising pixels or non-essential tracking cookies to this site.
Website requests use HTTPS. Hosting providers process request records to deliver and secure the pages. Their published policies describe retention by purpose, but do not give us a verified deletion date for every infrastructure record from this site. For a question about a particular request record, contact the privacy lead below; we will review what information can be accessed or removed with the provider.
Access news, when registration reopens.
We are not using waitlist addresses for invitations while registration is paused. If registration reopens, the purpose will be to manage invitations and send news about access to Alder. Joining will be voluntary and will not create an app account, reserve a paid plan or guarantee an invitation date. We will not sell the waitlist. You can read the site and watch the films without an address.
We are not sending campaigns from the waitlist. Before commercial email begins, it will carry sender identification and a working unsubscribe method. For a privacy question, use the contact below.
Limited access.
The Alder operator and service providers needed to run the website and waitlist would have limited access to submitted information. The public browser key cannot read the waitlist table; its signup function access is temporarily revoked. We use Vercel for alderui.world, Cloudflare Pages for the preview, and Supabase for the waitlist database. We do not use the waitlist to send project files or model prompts to AI providers.
These providers may process technical request information outside Québec and Canada. Cloudflare's published policy identifies visitor IP and traffic data as information it may process when serving customer sites. This project's Supabase database is in Ohio, United States. We do not represent the waitlist as Québec-only storage. We are reviewing safeguards for a future transfer before reopening collection.
Ask, correct, or leave.
Ask to see or correct your waitlist information, withdraw consent, request removal, or complain about how it is handled by writing to the privacy lead below. We may need to verify that you control the email address before disclosing or deleting its record. We keep waitlist information while it is needed for the invitation program and remove it when the purpose ends or a verified removal request is fulfilled, subject to any legal requirement to keep it.
If we learn that an address belongs to a person under 14 who joined without the required parental consent, we will remove it. The waitlist is intended for creators aged 14 or older; we do not ask for or store a birth date.
A person reviews your request.
The privacy lead receives access, correction, removal and complaint requests through the contact below. Tell us what happened or what you want corrected; please do not include passwords or project files. We record the request privately, verify control of an address before revealing its waitlist record, review the relevant records and service-provider information, and reply with the outcome or any reason we cannot fulfill it. Access and correction requests are answered within the applicable Québec period of 30 days after receipt. A withdrawal request is handled promptly.
The privacy lead also reviews whether waitlist records are still needed, handles their deletion when the purpose ends, and keeps a private record of confidentiality incidents. If you disagree with our response to a privacy complaint, you can contact Québec's Commission d’accès à l’information.
Different data, later.
The desktop product is not publicly available. Local plans, Studio context, model requests and app-account data described elsewhere on this site are product-design notes, not part of the live waitlist. Before creators are invited into a hosted preview, we will publish app-specific details about what is sent to model providers, retention, account controls and any new processors.
